Down pipe sensor questions?

So I am installing an MBRP 3” downpipe and during the process of taking the stock one off noticed one of the top two sensors the one that is 17mm the end that connects into something is melted. I am not sure what it went to? I have an idea but what to be sure. Anyone have a diagram or can tell me
What they are?

There is a nox and an egt sensor up there. smaller one is an egt sensor.
