Seems overpriced to me. I just slip the end of the tow strap into the receiver and put the pin through the loop. Works great. When I tie down I prefer to go over the axle so it doesn't roll any.

mine is way too thick for that, i have a large clevis i use that i loop the strap thogh
I have a 2" tow strap that slips right in. It's plenty stout to tow out anything I would want to pull out with the receiver. I've seen some wide straps that they kind of fold the ends over on the loops so the loop part isn't real wide. Pretty nice straps, but I don't remember the brand.

TX of course
I have a hitch with 3 different balls on it that I will slip a strap over for light duty, but if it going to take some work I have a large shackle that tight over the reciver.

This a better option. You can use something with a hook or a strap. And when using a strap, there is less chance of it falling off with a clevis!!
