As it turns out the transmission turbine speed sensor was unplugged, actually the connector and or sensor is broken and will need to be repaired/replaced.
But the transmission will shift through several gears now....:happy2:

Also I figured out why I could not find the ODB2 port, someone chopped it out of the harness.
