But you can buy an EFI-Live AutoCal from a reputable vendor and load their tunes into your ECM yourself...

Buy an exhaust system and install it yourself. Buy an autocal, press a few buttons and have efi live. You just saved yourself several hundred dollars

Legally they cannot remove any federally (EPA) required emissions device, a cat back some will do and smaller shops may skirt the law even further.
