Does anyone know if there is/are any other types of custom tuning in the works?

Just curious if anyone out there is making custom tuning software for the duramax trucks besides efi live? A buddy of mine is using Warp for his cummins, and we have been doing alot of comparing. The number of tables available for him to adjust etc, out numbers what I have in efi live 5 to 1 minimum. We all know there all alot of tables missing that we do not have access to. It'd be nice for someone to step up and gives us access to them.

HP tuner is about it and i dont care for the logging side of HP tuners.

Seems to me that the cummins platform has better tuning software available than us GM guys. And by better, just more access to tables! After all my research, it seems efi live for us has been close to the same for many many years. Its probably very slim odds that it ever gets attention again. I cant even get my pilot injection to respond to changes (pulse, timing, quantity etc..). I can turn it off with max number of pulses, but absolutely no tweaking from factory settings. That is just one of many things I have found that dont work.

Trade your lmm for a lbz or older. Problem fixed. Better yet, switch to bosch standalone

Im not sure we need any more tables, but I have a LBZ.

From being around when EFI was decoding of our stuff it sounds like it's way too massive an undertaking for someone new to try and get market share now. You might see new tuners come up for the future trucks but I doubt anyone's going to go back to any previous models and offer tuning for them.

Oh I agree with you guys 100%, every bit of it. I guess it just blows my mind that with the LMM they didn't grab more tables to make the tuning work like it should. For a company that's offering "professional" software, its mind boggling how unrefined it is. It actually is very frustrating with what a guy has to pay for the software.

You mean like the slip inhibit and we need a bully dog, edge, or send the ecm off to be unlocked on the new dodges.
