If its anything like my old UPS truck, the two are DPF/regen. But on an 06???
The yellow one means its currently regen-ing. Oh brother, that stink..... I do not miss that.
If it shows a separate red one it means the DPF is plugged up and you shouldn't drive anymore until a manual regen is performed.
I dont know what the green one would mean.

Someone will correct me if Im wrong....

They are dpf lights , red usually means the dpf needs immediate service. The yellow means it needs a regen which can mean a parked manual regen or drive cycle regen. The green indicates it is in a regen. On a critical vehicle like an ambulance they should always complete regens , never shut the vehicle off or stop the engine during a regen or when it is asking for a regen.

Does the truck have a manual regen button?

Looks like the gauge cluster says "Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel". From my experience vans can be very very weird creatures haha.

Manual regen using the button wont work unless the truck is in park, IIRC.
Our mechanics had to do it at night in the parking lot.
