Padon my tractor ignorance But can I tune a 03 dodge with EFI

and what are some good basic power mods for them

its a manual trans

Not yet on the EFILive.

If he does much upgrading, he'll need a clutch.

Josh, he is considering a South Bend clutch and billet input/output and intermediate shafts.

The super bee special is a good small turbo for those 5.9's, If he tows I wouldn't go bigger than a 66mm, granted its a manual so it will be a little easier to spool.

Smarty S-06 or TnT for the tune, don't run a pressure box :thumb:

Billet shafts....must be an SO with an NV4500 eh?

Dual disc from either South Bend or Valair, Smarty and a lift pump/CP3 should be good.

Air, 62/S475 is a pretty good set, spools real good and pulls well up top, probably support for mid 700's/low 800 I'd say. Or just be done and get triples:thumb:
