Do these trucks come with a Posi?

Its been raining here for the last couple days and my truck spins one tire almost all the time.. Do these trucks come from the factory with a Posi? If not what rearend is in this? and what route should I go to fix this? I dont wanna spend $1000 for a Detroit locker.

Yes, the Dmax/Allison combo comes with the G80 locking rear axle. It does however, shut off at 20mph.

The Dodge uses a Torsion-style. There is also an Air Locker, and there is now a Detroit Locker style.

No, not necessarily. Ive seen a few duramax's without the gov-lock from the factory.

To be sure, look at the glovebox RPO sticker and see if "G80" is there.
