Like title says. I have a spacer between my turbo and pedestal that is not divided. the idea is to plumb a 50mm wastegate off the spacer. are there any cons to not having a divider in the spacer?

For a V8 there is little to be gained. You should if possible match a divided turbine with a divided pedestal if possible, but it's not critical.

IIRC, It's used to capture more of the energy of the exhaust by reducing the pulse flow into the other cylinders, and to focus the pulses better against the wheel. With a V8, the pulse gaps are much shorter than a 4 or a 6 cyl, so the gain is minimal.
