Approaching 1000 miles and going to swap out front and rear end fluids. Researching Mobil 1 they have two synthetic products.
The first, which I used in my last vehicle, Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lube LS 75W-90. Exceeds the most severe service requirements in both conventional and limited slip applications:

and now I see an additional choice....
Mobilube HD Plus 80W-90
Mobilube HD Plus 80W-90 is an extra high-performance commercial gear lubricant formulated from select base oils and an advanced additive system. It can be used for on-highway light and heavy duty trucks, busses, vans, and cars.

So it seems that there is a new, even more heavy duty type gear oil availible, which Im sure comes with an even heavier price. At about $11 a quart for the regular Mobil 1.... Im sure that stuff is 15 or 16 a quart, if I can even find it locally.
Has anyone had any experience with this new stuff, and think it should be used instead of the first option?
