I was thinking about running a taller tire on the rear of the van next time I go to the track.

It would only be on the rear as the 265's barely clear on the front.

besides throwing a 'check ABS', is there any other negative effects?

i am running 285(33) up fornt and 315(35") no abs problems

now 245(31) and 35s WILL make the ABS go MAD!!

AWD would deffenetly hate you.

if your worried pull the 60A maxi fuse for the ABS the ABD and parking brake light will come on.. and deactivate the ABS system

Only reason that happened is it was getting a speed sensor reading from the trans and not from the front wheel sensors, My truck dooes that on the dyno also.
