Different Grille For 2003

My 03 Chev has some hood problems, a little run in with a horse or bale or something lol, can i swap a new style hood from a 05 or one that had the big lip at front and chrome grille, anyone done this??

Yes, you need the '05 hood, grille, and pieces between the lights.
