Hi diesel enthusiasts!

I'm with a TV production company is looking for skilled Diesel Mechanics and Experts with the following experience for a new TV opportunity on a major cable network:

Diesel Performance Specialist
General Diesel Technician
Suspension/Chassis Engineer/ Fabricator

I is can move to there I have cummins blow so much smoke I am good mechanic. I can make cummins so fast and black out intersection with soot. When can I start?

Maybe a real mechanic/ diesel specialist could help clean the show up! They do some crazy shit. Some if it is entertaining. That's what television is folks. A guy with real knowledge could make a difference on a program like that. Why not apply if you have those talents, are willing to move and don't have anything tying you down?

I read over at DP that this isnt necessarily for the DB show, but something similar.
Im just tired of this hobby being shown in a bad light, even if its for the "entertainment value".

A real mechanic wouldn't stoop that low to be on a show that stupid

The problem is the diesel rice scene has gone nuts for smoke. I went to a diesel race in January, and the "diesel guys"(the row of 7.3's and 12 valves on cheap lifts with lots of light bars) got bored with the races because there wasn't enough smoke. You could actually hear them yelling on the other side of the track, that's weak, that's all the smoke it make's, this suck's. Several proceeded to commence with there smoke tunes to "black out" the spectator side of the track. Several left out pouring on the coal blacking out the highway because the racing was boring without the smoke. Until this mindset can be reined in, it's going to be an uphill battle.

I'm so glad most of the az peeps rip on guys like that. They don't last long on fb, get togethers, or at any "scene"

That's how it is here. Kids with there stacks driving around town constantly blowing smoke. Or I had this kid saying he had a 600hp duramax on stock transmission turbo and fuel lol. he told me to pull up to the line and he'd show me 600hp.

Man, at least yall don't live in the Carolinas. I can't hardly drive my truck into town without gettin flicked off by some ass dragging kid or rolled coal on by a ragged out cummins.:(

Someone like Guy or Russell would be good candidates. I doubt either would relocate though.

If only we could get powerblock up and running again. Best 2 hours
Of TV before football. Made for a good Sunday haha.

I think if anyone wants a real car show we'd have to make it and not sign on to one.

I'd relocate for a royalty agreement and final cut ;)
