Not on the turbo and down pipe thankfully
but sure does burn the skin:eek:

Pulled my rail fitting out of my 05 today that was used to tie in the HP line for the duel cp3 and replaced it with the stock plug torx T-50 style

got on the highway later on and RAW fuel shooting from the end of the rail all over the turbo and down pipe  turned around and idled back to the shop

I ended up haveing to install a piece from my 01 fuel rail inside before putting on the torx plug to get it to stop leaking

but my one hand is burnt from the hot fuel and the even hotter turbo heat shield:baby:

But I really wanted that rail fitting back and the cap I found to plug it off with:D

I deliver fuel as part of some of my trips and got a complete bath in it before head to toe. Started burning so bad I had to strip all my clothes off and jump into the nearest body of water which happened to be a creek. I was lucky I had a bar of soap and a change of clothes but I learned my lesson that day, be careful with pressurised 3" fuel transfer hoses.
