I did a cut out test. On start up it smoked tons of white. Way worse than last night prob due to cylinder temps being cold. Ran rougher also. Injector balances were
#1 -3.67 Idled the same as when all were on
#2 1.0 Idled alittle bit rougher
#3 -.08 Idled the same as when all were on
#4 2.0 Idled alittle bit rougher
#5 -4.4 Idled horrible
#6 1.6 Idled same
#7 .8 Idled horrible
#8 3.0 Idled alittle rough
Second part of that is when i cut out those cylinders all still showed alot of white smoke....I am wondering if a push rod or a couple popped off the rocker due to valve float? Don't know what a broken crank is like? all logs look good for PW, timing, rail psi. I am going to do a compression test first thing in the morning to see if that will tell me more. At idle it is fine. Idles very smooth?

You can confirm the injector is leaking by using the DVT and turning up pressure a few KPA at a time. you will notice that usually around 60 KPA the white smoke will clear up considerably and the fuel smell will go away. It should take about 10 seconds for this to occur. Turn controls off and in about another 10 seconds the white smoke and smell will return. This is the only test that will show conclusively that they are leaking internally and allowing fuel into the cylinder when it isn't suppose to be there thus causing the white smoke and fuel smell. It's an easy test to do and you will know then.
