Will the centerlink brace and tie rod sleeves be enough to handle the occasional 4wd launch on pavement? It won't be a frequent thing, just the random stoplight race against a friend every now and then

As long as your cv angles are good yes. If they are at sever angles you'll be breaking cv's.

Truck is at stock level with 285s so I should be alright, thanks guys.
On another note, how do people manage to lower their truck and run bigger tire sizes? Is it all because they trim their fenders or what?

I'm lowered abt 5 in the rear and 4 up front. Tired are 305/50 20's. I had to trim the back side of the inner fender wells. I have a lmm, with the older body style most get away with no trimming.

Interesting, great looking truck by the way. I'm going to have to trim a bit of the valance, and some of the fender liner as well, but eventually I would like to put 3" drop shackles in the rear and crank the front down until the cvs are level

The big thing is making sure the cv angles are good. Remember during launch the front rises so a little negative isn't bad.

Gotcha, do a lot of guys remove the wheel well liners? If I took mine out it would eliminate a lot of the rubbing, but I live in Wisconsin so the added protection from salt is nice
