had a rough few weeks. needed something to clear my head. why not detail the piss outta my truck. 7 hours of clay bar, wax, interior stuff, etc. pretty much anything you can think of except under the chassis. maybe i'll get real ambitious next week ;)

Looks good thats what im doing right now just had to take a break and see how casper is doing.Im going to a little 1/8 mile track tomorrow night and want the max to look good.
This is the first time to use the clay bar they are the sh!!!!!t.

i try to clay bar every 3 or 4 months to keep it clean. just make sure you reapply plenty of wax!!! don't want to cut into the clear coat

I need to do mine someday its been at year in Sept since its been washed. Other then rain and when I pressure washed the UC to go racing and I didn't even make it the track. Soon when the weather cools some so I can go to the track and don't have a $100+ water bill I'll do it. Got to love white it still looks clean...ish

I tried the clay bar on the truck, couldnt see any difference in the truck or the clay bar:confused: try it on the van next see what happens

You might no see it as much as you can feel it. Rub you fingers lightly over the paint on both and you can tell. You can tell the difference easiest in a reflection in the paint.

What is the deal with the clay bar? How difficult is it to do without messing up?
