Delete tune on emissions truck

Without going into a long story there was a miscommunication with my tuner and I wanted emissions intact tune. So i loaded the tune and found out now its emissions delete. How is it possible to run a delete tune on an intact truck and runs great with no error codes at all?

Because all of the DTC's for the emissions equipment are disabled. as far as the truck thinks its deleted. don't drive it much like this.

It will turn the dpf into a cork if you drive it much this way

Yeah he gave a stock tune i also have a stock one. I'll download stock one before dpf plugs up.

I've had plenty of lmm and lml trucks come in where they pit buddy dog on and it plugs up the dpf. They clue in sometimes and remove the tune. Highway drive melts egt sensors from the massive heat.
Or get to frequent regen codes.
