I hate deer. I've never hit one.....but I've had several run into my truck. Last time one ran into my pass door and busted itself up but tried to run away. I chased it through a field with my truck till I got it back for denting my door :angry4: But then I had a messed up front bumper......I can't win lol

I hit a deer monday of this week. It was a big 7 pointer. 6000.00 dollars damage. My poor dmax. I am lost without my truck. I put on 40k a year, alot of time behind the wheel. I have a friend that is loaning me a Dodgewith a mechanical 12v motor. I miss my Dmax.

That must be why every truck I see from Tx has one of those road armor bumpers on it:rofl:

Im going to invest in deer whistles you mount them on your truck. Apparently they give you a few extra seconds. They are inexpensive and worth a try.

I've heard good and bad things about the whistles. Some peeps say that they do help and others have said that deer will stop and look to see what is making the sound, and if they are already in the road...... Not sure if they help or not. I'm thinking big bumper. Hmmm. Anyone ever put a cow catcher off of an old steam locomotive on the front of a truck???:D

Larry is that a ranch hand cabella front? Im surprised a little deer could do that kind of damage to that front. Hmmm 95 is pretty fast tho I dont think anything would really help at that speed. 60-70 mph prolly less damage and better reaction time.
