And this is his second buck. Got this one with a bow. It took me a week to find it though and he wasn't there thankfully.

I'm from a little town in Western nd, 75 miles or so southwest of Minot. I live close to Lake Sakakawea and we hold some nice deer. I'm very lucky!

yea i would love a IOWA or Kansas hunt but i will slum it in TX for now hahahah, so many deer there, not big size but so many numbers. Any way there is a couple hogs i took right after i shot my deer. Same stand not more than a half hour later and a pic of the cool rock blind that came with the property, it has been there for years and years. The buck i shot stood right behind it grunting for a half hour before he came in. Sounded like he was right outside the door.:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Here are some antlered beasts, may not be deer, but I hope you are ok with that. All of these are general season tags. I haven't drawn on a hunt in 15 years! Enjoy!

Dad shot this guy at 638 yards. 6x6

I got this guy in 2009 on a general tag. 75 yards 333 score.

This is how I packed the head and cape. 2 miles and 2000+ vertical feet. I was tired!!

My wife hates me. lol

Shot this guy last year.

Fun little kicker brow tine.

Two 5x5's loaded whole last season. That was a fun freaking hunt.

I don't know what it will be like in Wyoming, but in Idaho the hunting is amazing if you are willing to hike. We usually hike 5-8 miles a day. I have my sights set on a nice mule deer this year, so he will be getting most of my focus. I've been after him for 3 years, and he gives me the slip every time.

I shot him with my camera through my spotting scope after the season ended last year. He has a massive body in comparison to the other deer, he has nice deep, equal forks. He has decent G1's, decent spread, and very nice height. You can't tell from this picture, but he has nice deep front forks as well. Overall, I guessed him to be in the 185-190 range (gross).
