I figure it's a good starting point. Plus since they are listing it a supercar it is probably around 3000 lbs, so torque to weight should be good as the 0-62mph in 4.2 seconds shows.

One thing that the Europeans - Audi and VW in particular - do is that all of their HP/KW ratings and torque ratings are at the wheels-not the flywheel like many others so those numbers should be the same as when you roll onto a dyno.


In other words-that thing is going to haul ass!!!!

I'd love to have a Dmax, but the problem is that it will be my DD. And the next DD that I get will need to be able to get 40+ mpg. I drive 100 miles each day round trip to work and back so next time round I need to get something easier on the weekly wallet, my Silverado gets 19~21 which isn't too bad but I wish it was better.
