Recently I replaced all 8 injectors and the CP3. The CP3 has an LBZ regulator.

After I got everything replaced I started the truck and drove it around before re-tuning it for the LBZ regulator. The truck would throw a P1639, P0237, P0107. The truck would also randomly get a dead pedal. You could clear the codes and the pedal would stay the same. I would have to cut the truck on and off about 15 time before the pedal would come back to life.

Now on to yesterday. I re-tuned the truck for the LBZ regulator. The truck is now only throwing the P1639 code (it is not throwing the code all the time) and will get a dead pedal. You can clear the code and start the truck back up and the pedal is back to normal.

I have re-tuned it 3 different times, checked for chaffed wires, replaced the APPS on the pedal.

Anyone out there know of anything I need to check that I have missed?

I would get a multi-meter and verify the 5V reference circuit is outputting the correct voltage at the APP plug, and compare it to other 5V reference circuit values.

That really sounds like an electrical problem somewhere. Good luck tracking down where/why the 5V reference is out of spec.
