Dead battery's and now it cranks in the ACC position

Hello,
My truck sat for a few weeks and the battery's died. I charged them up and now when I turn it on to the first click it starts cranking. I replaced the start switch but that didnt help.

Has anybody ever seen This before?

Does it have a remote start?

You may have a shorted starter relay.
