Data Logging issue

I am having issues with my computer when trying to data log. Works perfect with my buddies computer. If I Plug the v2 into my computer it won't connect and gives me the error in the attached link. I reinstalled both 7.5 and 8 software. What am I messing up?

I had this happen to me as well, I just used version 8 to log...

Ive tryed using 8 also. Either im completely missing something on the 8 version or it will not work either. Logged again this afternoon on the other computer with no problems. Try both 7.5 and 8 on my computer and i get nothing.

Re-register after updating firmware and bootloader?

Try this

Go down to your windows icon on the bottom right of your desktop - EFI Live - V8 - Check for up dates.

Then open your Scan and tune and there should be a tab to update your Firmware IIRC

Exactly what i did friday sorry for no update. I updated both 7.5 and 8, updated the firmware and boom i was logging like ax men.
