Cylinder honing

Just curious what grit hone I should use to deglaze the cylinders? Perfect Circle moly rings are being used, and I understand they may need a certain type/grit of hone.
3-stone fixed or flex (tree) preferred?

Any input welcome.

Ill talk to my machinest who did mine an let you know what he used

I used 600 grit on mine.

I used a bead hone[4.125] but don't know the grit ,would have to check.
