Custom Tuning A Ford

I know this maybe a bit out of left field but I've always been curious what kind of tuning software do Ford "custom" tuners use? I would ASSume that it's similar to EFILive or HPTuners but was just curious as I'm sure none of the "major" Ford tuners would tell me if I asked

Better not turn the wick up...we know how those LLYs/LB7s like to bend and throw rods just giving you a hard time...so looks like SCT Pro-Racer or similar software I take it...just was curious as i liked playing with EFILive and was interested

Aren't there forums for Fords? I'm not saying you aren't welcome here. I just thought you may be able to get better answers from some other Ford owners.

That's fine...just seems as though Ford owners all run canned tunes or custom tunes from a very few select shops...I guess EFILive spoiled me with being able to make your own little minute adjustments and what not

There is a shop in mansfield texas called jks performance and the owner josh is phenominal with sct live tuning

Innovative diesel in. Maryland is one of the top diesel tuners for sct and ford guys. Eric has tuned the fastest fords out there as in "Rudy". Sct just came out with software for Eric can start playing with duramax tuning.

Delta Force is a cool option for the fords as the end user can buy the software for like 500 bucks and tweak up to 2 trucks and recieve custom tunes for their own...sct is far too expensive for the average joe to purchase for his personal rig if he plans on doing some tuning on it. Out of the box h&s is a super deal...
