Help: Custom Dual CP3- line routing

So I am getting parts together for a dual cp3 kit for the DPC, just in case my big single doesn't give me enough. Wehrli Custom Fab just rushed me a custom bracket and pulley to mount my II 220% dodge cp3 where my AC was. The hp feed comes out the back of those pumps and not up like on the GM pump. I am running LLY rails and lines- I swapped the RPS from the center port Passenger side to the rear port because of clearance issues with my y-bridge, and I don't have enough room to fit a feed line to the center port either. I feel as if there is only 2 options:
1. feed each rail independently and remove the crossover line
2. feed the rear of the driver side rail in place of my race valve with a LBZ/LMM style fitting and line utilizing an aftermarket FRPRV

I will have to re-bend the line to fit the dodge outlet, I know this.
I will be using a standard GM controller harness for now until we develop something better or unless anyone has a better option now.

Is it easy to kink the hard lines? has anyone ever bent them before? I just dont want to destroy something with only days or hours until I would need it.

Never bent them, but they look like a real bitch to bend.

I would suggest leaving a crossover in place and would also suggest using a conventional Dmax CP3.

Get at least 2 spare belts and check pulley alignment several times. High RPM belt shredding sucks especially when you have an odd size belt.

We bend them all the time for our ford twin pump kits. They won't kink if you have a decent tubing bender. We have several lengths of line in stock if you can't locate anything else let me know.

You must cross over between the rails some where, but you can use a T somewhere in the supply line to interconnect the pumps and rails.

just as I said before....DONT run them independently....

The pumps are not going to be putting out perfectly equal amounts of fuel, and you will have no idea what pressure the "other" side is running!! You cant control a CP3 when you have no idea what its actually doing.

I just went through this with my new motor/ set up and II sells a flexible line and ATS sells a fitting that goes to the back of the fuel rail on the drivers side. I have not run this set up yet but it seems like it will work.

I still have the original line I bent back in 05 (before there was even a plug in control). It bent well and stayed pretty uniform during the process. I wouldn't go to tight of a radius without a small bender to put it in though (may kink without it). I did put one pretty tight bend in it though without an issue (cp3 output to the down section). Use aluminum or something non-ferrous to bend it with. You should be fine. They twist and bend pretty good. This is the tightest I've bent it on Tim. I'm definitely with Jon (Fingers) & Ben (duratothemax) on not isolating the rails from each other.

I've ran the II flexible line for 2 seasons without any problems, this will be the 3rd season.
