CTS EGT Issue

Just installed the CTS probe and other stuff.. But the Egt is stuck on the number 1832 .Any one had a issue like this ?
Any ideas of what to do?

I had one fail on me, it did random things such as freeze, or even shoot up to 2000 when I used my power windows. They are pretty notorious for failing. Try updating the CTS over computer, and if it doesn't help, chances are you recieved a dead probe.

Just had to put it on Eagt due to using edges cable .
