Allison 5sp: Cruise control surge downhill

Ok just got new to me truck home, I noticed when using cruise and load comes off or coasting or down hill it gas kinda of a surge to it, like it's in-between fuel no fuel. Just wondering if speed sensor would cause this.

Mine does it too, I think they all do?

its in the tuning. My old PPE hot+2 use to do it really bad till i put EFI live in then it was like stock again. I think it has something to do with part throttle fueling and how much throttle cruise control can give

Ok I will have to try it now, we just tuned it on Saturday but I haven't tried the cruise yet.
