Hey guys just curious if anybody knows what could cause this. Doing around 55mph set cruise and truck dies. We just installed a dsp5 switch with IdahoRob's tunning. It only happened once and when we put it in park it started back up. I plan to talk to Rob tomorrow about the tunes but I doubt it's that. Could it just be a freak glitch? Any ideas would be great. This is something I don" really care to have happen again.

Try cleaning the main harness connector on the edge. That sometimes helps or it could just be a faulty edge box.

I know I my Cruise messes with me everynow and then too. Never killed the truck, but...
Sometimes (usually late night on the weekends when I need cruise if you know what I mean) my cruise fails me. Say I set it at 55mph sometimes the mph will go down to about 52 then the rpms go up fast past 55 and finally stop at around 57, then fall back low to 52 and go up then down, up then down etc. etc. really annoying

I tugged a wire loose next to a DSP5 input wire when I hooked up my switch and the truck would hold cruise until you started a incline, it wouldn't accelerate. So I took the harness back out and found a wire was halfway pulled out where I was working (imagine that!).
