Creating a Personal Website

Anyone have one? How does a real amateur/hobby webpage creator go about starting one? I suppose a free one would be best if there is such a thing.

I've just been wanting to start up m own webpage. Not for any particular reason other than to have my own web page.


So, any of yall have any tips on how I might go about starting one?
