"Crank Holders" and "Fuel Jets"

Well looks like we have finally found the answer to the fuel in oil problem. Good work ebay:roflmao:
I saw those too Mike. 
I had to get a replacement part for our sweeper and couldn't help but laugh at how this user abbreviates the word "assembly." :spit:

Looks good to me, I just put knew crank holder in mines truk gained some whores power two dem fuel jets spray fuel at the bottom of dah can lookin things the dah crank moves up and down in dah block, the fuel on the bottom of the can lookin things help even out the tempature from top to bottom to help prevent crackin. Any1 wit questioin fell free two ask me
LLYs actually have those, thats the secret why they are fast...Its uncommon to see them on LB7, LBZ, LMM and now LML.
Those are indeed the Fuel Jets off the short-lived 2-stroke piston-port Duramax.
They spray the fuel into the crankcase, where it mixes with air, then travels up the transfer ports to the chamber.
I was going to run one of those engines until I got a quote for getting 8 custom expansion chambers for it.
I was going to put it in a Quadracer, until I found out that Wade had already drawn up blueprints for it and had a patent on it.
IIRC, Wade sold a member here a block without the crankholders because they are optional on a Duramax, and just make rebuilding the engine that much harder.

X2, oil pan holds crank in just fine on my motor. I can also spin the crank faster with no holders. You guys are missing out by using these dumb holders for your crank.
