I'll put a new pin in this time and next time around I'll key everything but what else could be done? Not too confident in the loctite theory. Perhaps 2 pins or has anyone done a compression pin? It's going together this week regardless :D

New pin and make sure you torque the balancer bolt properly. Use a bit of lube on the threads and under the head of the bolt, torque to 74ft lbs, then turn an additional 90 degrees. If you don't have an angle meter just use a white paint marker and put a mark on the washer that lines up with one of the points on the bolt. Then put another mark on the bolt 3 point's counter-clockwise. (12 point bolt, every 3 points = 90*) Then tighten until they line up.

I'll replace the pin and try not to worry about the reluctor and cam pins down the road lol. It doesn't need a new bolt right?

It's a torque to yield bolt, so it should be replaced every time its removed. However plenty of people have re-used including myself with out issue. It really comes down to what your willing to risk to save a few dollars.

It's $27 CAN which is basically free in this game. I ordered it. Funny thing is I never considered it was TTY. Thanks

It's expensive enough but the TTY crap gets annoying quick. Reward isn't far away now though, new EPR thread coming soon :D:happy2::D
