New pin and make sure you torque the balancer bolt properly. Use a bit of lube on the threads and under the head of the bolt, torque to 74ft lbs, then turn an additional 90 degrees. If you don't have an angle meter just use a white paint marker and put a mark on the washer that lines up with one of the points on the bolt. Then put another mark on the bolt 3 point's counter-clockwise. (12 point bolt, every 3 points = 90*) Then tighten until they line up.
I'll replace the pin and try not to worry about the reluctor and cam pins down the road lol. It doesn't need a new bolt right?
Most of the LB7 trucks were tqed to 278 the newer trucks 04.5 and up went to TTY. Last time I order the new bolt they only had one. They went back to the old o e that tqed to 278.
