Are the Lb7 and LLY cp3s the same?

the regulators are different but yes they are the same

what does it take to make a lb7 cp3 work on a lilly

The LB7 regulator is a straight piece whereis LLY+ are bent 90* up so if you had an LLY reg it would make for a 100% bolt on deal but if you want to use the LB7 reg then you might have to tweak the connector to make it fit
