Cp3 help?

So my truck with nicks tunes built trans tunes is running 2-2500 psi bellow desired in the street, and race tune.. Now would I see a big difference by adding a wicked diesel stage 1 cp3? Or is this a minimal loss in fuel rail pressure. I have the race valve, and a raptor 150. Any input is appreciated.
