Could the Edge Juice w/Attitude cause....

Have been reading some of the posts about the Edge Juice with Attitude and thought I'd ask a question. For some background, I was experiencing a "hesitant shift" and thought maybe the Edge was causing it, so unplugged it. No change. Changed the fuel filter and that fixed the hesitant shift. Then I changed the oil and got about 6 quarts extra outta the pan. I thought "oh geez, not the forbidden injector issue" (104,000 miles on it). I have driven over 300 miles since the oil change and the level remains as it should be. So the question is - could the Edge have caused any issue with the injectors? I am thinking of plugging it back in and monitor the level to see if the fluid level rises. Any thoughts?

Check your balance rates and your pulse widths. You might have a bad nozzle and the extra fuel your edge is pushing might be where the extra oil in your crank case is comin from.

Maybe. But I think the injector would just leak most at high pressure, which can be had on the stock tune. I don't think you'll notice any difference with or without it. I'd just staring saving for injectors now and run it however you want to. Keep an eye on the oil, don't want any spun bearings.

I am guessing I would need to go to the dealer to have the balance rates and pulse rates checked?
What is the best additive to use in the fuel?
It will be awhile before it will be driven as I have to wait for warmer, dry weather (yes in New Mexico) to replace right front wheel bearing assembly. Don't really want to pay someone to do it.

Your edge will check balance rates and pulse widths
