It helps my shifts also. But will throw a 700 code :( Also seems after 2 to 3 passes you need to shut if off, then beat on it on t/h for a few on the street then it shifts the best.

The co-pilot is amazing on the trucks I've riden in. Although, I know that if I bought one the next day Mike L. would have a post reading something like this.

"The latest and greatest thing to happen to Allisons since me, It will give you 10 mpg and 100 hp and cut your ET by 2 seconds and it's a simple bolt on"

I would buy it :D Since I'm not the tuner in the family, while I was at the track by myself, I got a check engine light going down the track. I was just hoping it was the 700 code and nothing else was wrong with my truck. Lucky for me it was :D

I only get the code if the co-pilot is in race mode and then it is only occasionally. On my truck it's more than a 700 code. It's some converter lockup solenoid code. It's a common "problem" with the 6 spd.

Yes, it's a P2761. Happens every time I race Wendy. Which is the only time I have it on. I don't think it effects anything other then me not know exactly what is throwing the CEL :( I'm female what can I say

Need to bring my PPE with me to the track next time. That way I can check and reset it :D

Don't forget that it would lower EGT's also. With all the claims of lower EGT's, my truck should be making about 100 lbs of Ice per day:D

We've since outgrown the CoPilot. Wendy runs best with it off. Ditto for Casper.

It was necessary back before EFILive, but now with modern tunes it won't drop our ET's.

I haven't run it in race mode this year, just the upper settings and it doesn't code but very rarely.
