Yeah it's south Texas and upper 90s but seriously 5 hours of solid fan except at WOT? Am I expecting too much? Serious question haha

That does seem a bit excessive. I normally can't get my fan to kick on until I've been over 1000 degrees EGT for a bit, and even then it just cycles. The clutch may be failing, or sticking, or something.

But depending on your trailer, it could be a good amount of areo and weight, so maybe it was needed?
