Hey i am fabbing up a new coolant tube to reroute out of thermostat housing to in front/over AC compressor to rad instead of behind the AC compressor. Question is, the coolant feed line to the stock turbo housing has a check valve that appears to have constant but variable flow. Does anyone know of a replacement valve that i could install instead of the cumbersome stock one?? Or could i figure out the surface area of the stock one and just replicate that and add a second line with a low regulator or something? Maybe a long shot but gotta ask. Whole reason for doing this is to declutter and simplify hose routing and to be easier to fab up.

I believe it is a thermostat, and I have no idea about replacing them as the only time most are altered is when people take them off to put different chargers on.

Yep it's a t-stat. I believe it is around a 210-220 degree t-stat designed to cool the turbo down quicker, but not to run it to cool.

Is there a different setup that the vans run? They have the coolant line run in front of the motor as well i think?? Or the LML also has the same routing i thought? Any info on there setups would be great thanks
