Coolant leak!! HELP

Hey guys. I drive a 2005 6.6 liter duramax lly. I had a coolant leak months back and traced it back to the water pump. Water pump and thermostat have been replaced. Everything was fine and dandy, no leaks!! A couple months later the leak was back. Replacing the water pump was a bitch and wasn't looking forward to doing that again. As I looked closer I saw that the leak was coming from this tube to the left of the thermostat. Does anyone have any answers to what this pipe would be?? It looks to be 3/4" and it almost looks as though it is going into the thermostat somehow. I tried to post a picture. I hope it worked. Any info on what this pipe is!?? I'm sure I could figure out how to replace it if I knew what the damn thing was!?! Thanks in advance, any info would be greatly appreciated!!

That's one of the coolant lines that goes to the heater core and EGR cooler. They have a little rubber o-ring down in there, and they can eventually go out. Grab a new o-ring and swap it out, and that should fix your problem.

Is it an O-ring I can pick up at a napa or is it a dealer only O-ring?
