Any one know what would cause a new converter to not unlock in a freshly built trans?

kjp800 - Aug 6, 2008 525 0 0 New Jersey May 30, 2013 #6 Converter flow valve is brand new and moves in and out with ease. However it is not a stock valve. Valve body was changed out with a known good one as well with no change.
