Just put an LBZ in it and never look back...

Considering the harnesses needing swapped all threw the truck to make this work. Last I herd it came with a 10k price tag doing the conversion to a lmm/lbz

So to the op swap the short block or buy a new crank run some oversized bearings and just stay lml or swap the lmm short block then swap heads sensor turbo ect on to it

^^^ It was a joke....

Best bet would be to take the advice above and use the LMM lower and install the LML components on that.

Don't lmm pistons kinda melt and crack more so than others?

Dieselmafiaper.lb7 : they do not make oversized bearings for dmax just undersize.
Spun in saddles needs new caps and the mains sleeved.
That is pricey.
If you cut the caps and line bore off center you end up with excess piston potrusion and cam crank gear clearance will be too tight.

I have 10 boat anchors and have given up on fixing them.
They just go back as cores now.
