Comparing turbo size / differences

Since most can't compare different turbos back to back, maybe someone has & will share

Turbo #1- True 66mm with double billet batmo with a 96mm exhaust wheel & a 125 T-6 housing. Meets the PPL rule of 2.605 & MWE groove would be able to make how much hp?

Turbo#2- PPL legal (2.605) protrusion but clipped wheel with the same exhaust side specs.

Turbo #3- 2.650 housing non protrusion though. Same back side as above

How would these compare?

How big comp on turbo #2? '12 or '13 interpretation of PPL rules?

Bet the 66 would do close to 800 but don't know for sure.

Cuz the wording didn't change but they were allowed to get away with more this year, I believe.

Just was sitting thinking about approx differences in that & it may be relevent for others also

#2 and #3 could put 200+ hp on #1 all depending on how big a compressor is chosen and how and where the MWE groove is implemented.
