i currently have my truck tuned with efi but i recently bought a v2 and was wondering how i could get the tunes copied to my computer to see what has been changed and and to learn also i would like to change one of the tunes (and i will probably get fried for this)..but it currently has the lope tune and i do not want it anymore so i am wanting to use that position on the dsp5 to make another performance tune and im trying to get more comfortable with using the system

Press the green upload button and it will pull the tune out if the ECM is not locked.

and how do i compare say position 1 and 4 on the dsp like look at tables and what not?

To compare the different positions of the tune is sort of tricky but doable. In the upper right for the description of what the DSP function is you will see a link to the corresponding table in the base file. Click it and it will take you to the base file. Then in the upper center is 2 arrows and you can use them to toggle between the 2 open windows. As far as comparing them directly like you can 2 different tunes, I don't know of any direct way how except to go through and pull the DSP positions out and make them into seperate tune files, and then compare the seperate tune files.

I just have two Tune Tool(s) open at the same time with the same or different tunes I want to compare or copy/paste, etc.
