Does any one know if the comp test would be lower on an engine that has been sitting for a couple of months because of the lack of oil on the cylinder walls. The motor is on an engine stand and is tested with the started and two batteries with the glow plugs out. The psi between 240-290 i checked the service limit is 300 min psi.
