hi ..newbie..here. I own a 2004 chev 2500HD. When I turn off ignition and remove key...Blower fan runs and does not turn off unless I pull the switch under the dash on passenger side. Has anyone had this prob or easy fix solution.

How many miles? GM has an extended warranty on that and you may get it repaired for free if your under 150,000 miles. The blower resistor and connector burn up. Sounds exactly like what's going on.
I am in Canada so I have like ...275,000km...but i really aprreciate were you are steering me. anyone else have any suggestions.
Exactly what he said. The wires for the resistor pigtail melt together and will cause that problem. You'll need to replace the resistor and pigtail.
