How do you find where the code reader plugs in.......???

You've got the 5500 right? There's a chance you'll have a round connector as well. The port If I remember right is somewhere up above the accelerator pedal.

Best I recall, the port on a Kodiak is on the bottom side of the dash to the right of the accelerator pedal.

That's pretty much where I was trying to tell him. I think it points straight down.
