I also have P0405 and I know that's EGR related but what are the other codes. I just put Turbo Buick's EGR delete pipe on. BTW Paul what is that extra bracket and hardware for? Seemed to fit pretty good other then the we had to drill another hole for the sensor mount and the main mounting bracket.

P154D Intake air heater temperature signal circuit
P02E8 Throttle valve actuator position sensor performance
I believe Paul's kit deletes this stuff. I don't have EFI though, so I'm not sure how to make them go away.

PM sent.

BTW you should have a P0540 for the grid heater. Never seen the codes with letters in them....but then again I'm not a tuner. And there are no "extra parts" I think you installed something wrong.....call me tomorrow.

Hmm. I don't think I did anything wrong but I've thought that before. I pulled tonight and the truck ran really well. Still have the P0405 code and a P02E8. Heck if I know.

Punch the code in the navigator on efi and then change to non emmisions MIL off and your CEL will go out:angel: Just downlaoded a LLM tune and checked on EFI and it will work. If you don't want to play with it send me your tune and I will change it for you:hug:

The Navigator works great for codes Paul, thanks. This P02E8 code is an Intake air flow Valve Position Sensor Circuit. Did I do something wrong or is this normal on an LMM. I can turn it off the same as the P0405 code.

I also got P154A and P154B, they are both todo with the Intake air heater so I'll just turn them off. I'm just letting you know about the codes in case the LMM is different.

It does seem to be a little different. I got different codes with my LBZ and not nearly as many.
