That “restricted” sound is the vanes in the turbo. You can lower the vane position in the idle areas to a lower percent to get that lb7 idle.

It looks like the only code I am chasing now is the U0073 which is likely an issue with the stand alone harness so I am posting this on the transplant forum, THANKS for the help!!!

Thanks for the response, I figured it was something to do with the turbo position control but have no clue where to start, I will poke around in the tune and see if I can get a clue!
EDIT, gee there is allot to look at under boost control and I am not even sure I am in the right place.
