Where's a good place to start looking around... My power seat, window controls, radio, cluster gauges, door locks won't work. Can't try and start it either. Noticed my left and right turn signal are backwards too but they work. My hvac, brake lights, horn, wipers work fine. I had most of the dash apart.

Also I don't think a no start is part of the same problem. That's because of my manual swap.. I don't see how this is possible but my turn signals work, but are backwards

I can't remember right off hand where the body control module is located, but some of the issues you're having seem related. There are plugs for the BCM under the steering column tucked up under the dash and I believe there is another location in the dash somewhere for the BCM as well.

I know the truck won't start with the TCM unplugged, so maybe there is something goin on there as well. You mentioned a auto to manual trans swap? So I'm guessing that it was immediately afterward you're experiencing these issues?

Yes the no start I'm guessing is because of the swap. I haven't rigged up the way to fool it into thinking the auto transmission is in park yet.

Most of the plugs I undid were with the battery connected. I only disconnected it when I went to disconnect the ps airbag. Maybe I could I have blown a fuse... I looked around in the Ds door panel and didnt see any blown. But didn't check them all. I see there's 2 silver fuses under the cover on floor by the brakes... But I don't know how to tell if those are blown. They aren't a clear one you can visually see the metal intact or not.

Does anyone know where the Bcm is? And how is it possible that the left turn signal makes the right blink on the dash?? The actual lights in the brake lense blink like they are supposed to when, just the dash

Pull the knee kick panel out from under you steering wheel. BCM is behind that and will have 3 big plugs that plug into the front of it and like 2 or so smaller ones that plug into the bottom/back. The bcm slides into its own little cubby.

As for the fuses...get a multi meter, pull the fuse out and ohm accross it and see if there is continuity through it....

I found this plug unplugged... But I don't know if it was actually used in the past. Judging by the dust built up in it I don't think it needs to be plugged into anything

My power mirrors seem to work fine. And my radio will try to eject when I hit the button. If I found a known good Bcm to replace it would I matter if it came out of a truck with steering wheel controls and fancy stuff like that? This one does not have wheel controls

Whatcha think it is?

Third pic shows this junction box down on the floor by your feet. There's a big clip in harness that has a metal screw in the middle to secure it more. When I unplugged that it was a pain to get out. Started coming out and binding when I unscrewed it so I never screwed it back in... I believe It got stripped out so I was in a rush and said screw it. Thinking the clipping part would be just fine and dandy. After looking at everything else I touched, I figured I'd pull that out and check it. Turned the key on with the dome light switch on, went down there and squeezed the hell outta it with my hands. When I did that the dome lights came on and radio blaring. That was it. Ill try and get it tight today by prolly gonna need a new block with my luck.
